'Managed Services'
This is as Service Type ONE 'Generic Break Fix' but is for specific Company X Services Clients that require a full service as opposed to single 'break fix' fault calls to be completed. These specific services could include elements such as engineer kits, serialised stock, specific levels of client clearance for the engineers etc. All the information and generic requirements are the same as listed in Service Type ONE 'Generic Break Fix' and additional requirements are to be listed by account in specific service schedules appended to this document.
