Touch recognises the value and importance of providing opportunities to all its staff, to develop their job-related knowledge and skills, and is currently running an NVQ Level 2 programme. The NVQ programme consists of:

• Warehousing and Storage aimed at our Warehousing and Distribution Centre staff.
• Business and Administration aimed at our admin support staff.
• Customer Service aimed at our front line customer facing and Operations Centre staff.
• Team Leading aimed at our junior managers, team leaders and supervisors across a wide range of disciplines.

With development and training we hope to increase individual effectiveness which will in turn make a difference to the contribution they make to the output of their team.

It is Touch Logistic’s policy to provide and support further development and training when required to maintain and enhance the standards of the individual’s performance over a period of time.
