Touch invest in IT Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery Capability

Touch has invested in its own IT Infrastructure and Disaster recovery Capability as part of its continual Service improvement plan. The programme is focused on enhancing its service delivery capability by improving client communication, information flow, operational control and disaster recovery.

Intranet launched

  • All processes and documents now on line improving change control, access to information and communication.

Upgraded Server platforms

  • Faster Servers installed to quicken processing of TOM’s, email and automatic reporting platforms.

PC refresh undertaken

  • Faster Scanning and information flow from the field.

Disaster Recovery capability enhanced

  • Data links upgraded providing further capacity and improved failover.
  • Additional Servers installed for imaging and backup – Faster recovery times following server crash or Data corruption.
  • Upgraded Client portal – providing enhanced functionality.
Online Call Management system upgraded – enhanced functionality and user interfaces.
