Touch Online Management System

Touch is in the process of implementing a new management system called the Touch Online Management System (TOMS).

TOMS is a direct replacement for Clientele, and will bring major benefits to the organisation, the system has been developed with Touch's business in mind. It is our system, owned by Touch that is configurable and flexible, in-line with our future business strategies.

One of the key benefits is that the system is XML based, therefore secure access is available remotely anywhere via the internet. Another benefit derived from the introduction of TOMS is the new mobile solution. Technicians will have java enabled mobile phones that can access TOMS remotely. The immediate benefit will be our technicians can allocate and close service events remotely on-line without the need to contact the service desk.
