What impressed you about Touch on your first meeting?
The culture of the company, the enthusiasm of all the people and the strategy of the product portfolios.

What do you feel you can contribute to the development of the company?
My priority is to develop quality relationships with our associates, understanding their needs and helping to ensure that we tailor our services accordingly.

What are the biggest challenges facing you in your role with Touch?
We are still a relatively new name in the services market, we need quickly to establish our brand and articulate our service benefits to our potential customers. The website re-launch, supported by our sales and marketing plan are key elements to broadening the industries awareness of Touch.
